Heaven will rend for nothing else

The longer we try to force revival under the mantle of the lamb the longer we will continue to come up short. 

The beloved has a bad track record for understanding what He is doing in their time. 2k years ago they wanted a general king, In Samuel’s time, they wanted a King. Moses’ time they wanted Egypt. Jonah wanted Judgment. Peter wanted revenge. Abraham wanted a son. 

In our efforts to bring revival we might throw up impressive stats but at the end of the game, it will still be a loss. It is in our DNA to grow up, develop, mature, move forward, progress, do a new thing and sing a new song. Yet our maturity is stunted by the hormone blockers of religion which has built yet another temple upon the sand of yesterday's fire. There couldn't be a more perfect analogy than this for the abuse upon the body. 

In our faux wisdom and humility, we inject the usual suspects of our fear-laden comfort addiction towards the furtherance of the last great movement. This sedated & retarded path we are attempting to force ourselves down will only accomplish pushing important people away from participating in the furtherance of the Kingdom. 

Impactful people will always be able to distinguish the difference between something that is real and things that are foolhardy. Believing revival will fall upon expired sacrifice isn’t real. Great people always have an attraction to that which is genuine. And revival isn’t going to genuinely come until we receive the mantle Lion and take our rightful place in His-story.

Hold Tension, Be Vast.
